About the NZRCA
The NZRCA is the governing body for Radio Control racing in NZ.
We currently run 4 regional and two National Championships for Electric classes and 2 National Championship for IC classes, with the rise in popularity of IC cars around the world and NZ we expect to be running more and more championships for IC classes in the near future.
We have 15+ affiliated clubs around the country of various sizes, facilities and venues. Thanks to a lot of hard work by clubs, a lot of them have been able to make purpose built tracks for both On-Road and Off-Road classes in their area and in doing, improve the level and availability of racing to you, the racer.
Between all of the clubs around the country we cater for over 20+ classes that can be raced here in NZ. We're not short on talent either with some kiwi's making the annual pilgrimage to the World Championships of their given class.
You don't have to join the NZRCA as a separate organisation, by joining any of our affiliated clubs you'll automatically become a member of the NZRCA and be eligible to race at any NZRCA affiliated event.
