Manawatu Radio Control Car Club is dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of Radio Control Cars, both On-Road and Off-Road and both Nitro and Electric.
We currently race On-Road electric every First and Third Sunday of the month at our On-Road track, located at the Manawatu Car Club Rooms On Kawakawa Rd Feilding.
With Off-Road Racing held every second and forth Sunday of the month at Lazy Acres in Rongotea.
Visitors are welcome to all our events, so why not come along and find out more about the club. The Off-Road club has 1 to 3 cars per race day that they will hire out for $20 for the day, Come give it a go.
Our club Uses AMBrc for lap timing and alycat 9.0 to run our Race Days.

On-Road
Track Location: Kawakawa Road, Feilding, situated at the clubrooms for Manawatu Car Club. Facilities include - Toilets, running water, power, indoor/outdoor pitting area, bar, kitchen, onsite parking, AMB lap counting, Wheelchair access drivers stand (water lift to be installed on completion).
How to get there:
North/South Follow main road to palmerston north. Take feilding turn off going down mount stuart hill. Join on to awahuri road. take next right into Kawakawa road. Race track situated 1km past 70km sign post on left hand side. Fence is painted with Manawatu Car Club on it.
From Palmerston North Head out rangitikei road out of town. Turn off at Awahuri Pub. Drive down awahuri road to Kawakawa road. Race track situated 1km past 70km sign post on left hand side. Fence is painted with Manawatu Car Club on it.
Off-Road
Track Location: 982B Rongotea Rd which is about 10 minutes out of Palmerston North. The off-road track caters for a wide variety of Off-road RC's and is situated in the grounds of a rural lodge. Accommodation from camp areas through to luxury rooms are available. Food and drink is also available.
