Outdoor
One of the North Islands premier on road circuits is run by the North Harbour RC Car Club on the grounds of the North Harbour Stadium, Auckland.
With a technical infield, long straight and a huge sweeper, the Albany track forces drivers to look for the best mix of speed and acceleration.
The high grip surface combined with punishing curbs and a slippery painted track outline can be both rewarding and devastating to a racers lap time.
A favourite for many drivers throughout the country.
From the North: Take the Oteha Valley Road exit from State Highway 1 and turn right at the lights. Follow this road to the first round about and turn left to go up the hill. Turn right to go into the entrance to the North Harbour Stadium car park so you go under a bridge like structure and you can see Marist Rugby Club ahead. Snake up the road and the track is to your immediate left. If you reach another round about, you have gone too far.

Indoor
NHRCCC is running a new indoor championship at the St Lukes Indoor Sports Center, 31 Rossmay Tce, St Lukes. Doors open at 5:30pm, racing from 7pm.
The track layout is of a changeable type, with rounded track borders and corner-dots being particularly easy on a racers equipment, as well as cricket netting to gently catch your car in the case of an accident.
Foam tyres are usually the go on the surface for those classes allowing them. For any further details have a look at their website or contacts.
From the North: Take the Western Springs exit from State Highway 1 and turn left so you pass the Challenge service station on your left and MOTAT to your right. Take the free turn left at the lights onto St. Lukes Road. Go through the first set of lights and at the second set, take the free turn left into Morningside Drive so you then pass the St Lukes shopping centre on your right. Continue down this road and turn right into McDonald Street just before the train crossing. Follow this road as it snakes to the left and joins Rossmay Terrace. The driveway for the St Lukes Indoor Sports complex is on your left in the middle of the corner as the road goes to the right.
