Large carpark outside the venue, with approx. 50 m walk to building front door.
Be sure to lock your car at all times!!

Spectators are very welcome. Entry is free.

Track set-up from 9:30 pm on Friday night, 6th September.

Drivers Briefing 7:45 am
Seeding /Practice rounds to begin 8:00 am

Seeding rounds will be used as practice.

Seeding rounds will consist of 2 x 4 minute rounds which will dictate your starting position for the first of 3 x 5 minute qualifying rounds.

Your finishing position in each round will dictate your starting position for the next round of seeding/ qualifying.

Doors open 6:00 am, Sunday 8th Sept.
THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICE ON SUNDAY
Driver briefing 7:00 am
Finals begin 7:15 am

Track pack-down to commence immediately following completion of Finals.

Event prize giving will be held directly after track has been packed down.

Deadline for Payment of Entry Fees
Payment of entry fee is to be received by HRCCC no later than Friday 16th August to confirm your entry position.

Entry positions not paid by Saturday 17th August will be offered to any/ all entrants on the 'Wait List' for each class on a first-in, first-served basis.

Refund of Entry Fees
Due to the financial commitments of putting this event on for competitors, there will be no refunds provided by HRCCC after payment has been received.

If an entrant is unable to partake in the event, it will be their own responsibility to on-sell that entry position to a suitably NZRCA-licenced competitor to fill that space, or forfeit payment as a donation to the event.

Event Registration
Please advise at registration if you require a loan timing transponder for this event.
Early registration will be made available to all competitors that attend Friday night to assist with track set up.

Event registration will be open from 7:00am - 7:45am on Saturday morning. Would all competitors please complete registration before Drivers Briefing at or about 7:45am.

Entries will be capped at:
50 stock 2wd buggy, 5 heats
40 stock 4wd buggy, 4 heats
20 mod 2wd buggy, 2 heats
20 mod 4wd buggy, 2 heats
10 stock 2wd truck, 1 heat
10 mod 2wd truck, 1 heat
20 Vintage Pre-95, 2 heats
12 Juniors 17.5T, 1 heat
Plus the 2 x “Pro Invitational” Classes

Additional Entries - Wait List
Entries will continue to be accepted over and above the capped numbers for each class. Those entries will be put on the 'Wait List' for each class.
Any class entry positions inside the capped limit with unpaid entry fees as at Saturday 17th August will be offered to entrants on the 'Wait List' on a first-in, first-service basis.

Please use First and Surname as references so we can ensure your payment has been received.

2 x 4 minute Seeding heats held Saturday morning to seed you into qualifying heats.
Called start format for qualifying, starting positions to be seeded from previous race result.

3 x 5 minute Qualifying rounds, best 2 of 3 count towards qualifying points, tiebreaker will be lowest point and then fastest time.

You will start each of your 3 finals on Sunday from the grid position as determined by your qualifying result on Saturday afternoon.
e.g. If you qualify on P5 for the finals, you will start all 3 final rounds from P5 on the grid, irrespective of your finishing position in the previous final.

All vehicles and batteries to be as per NZRCA rules.

Please Note: Vintage Pre-95 Buggy will be restricted to running the Kyosho G27 Motor only.

All cars must conform to NZRCA indoor off-road regulations.

Scrutineering is compulsory.

Cars will be randomly checked over the duration of the event for motor conformity, weight, blinky mode, and battery voltage.

Please ensure that all cars are checked by the entrant before and during the event for any sharp edges or loose screws that may potentially cause injury to marshals, spectators of fellow competitors or damage to the track or venue surfaces.

Prize giving will be held immediately after track pack down has been completed. All competitors are expected to attend.

Every entrant will receive one (1) entry into the prize draws to be held at the conclusion of the event. There are no additional tickets available for purchase at any time.

To claim your prize you must be present at prize giving. WITHOUT EXCEPTION there will be no accepting of prizes on behalf of any other competitor.
Where a prize draw is awarded to an entrant who is not present, this prize will be redrawn and awarded to an entrant who IS present at prize giving.

Drivers MUST marshal the race following their own. Please assist us to keep the event moving along by going out to marshal PROMPTLY following your race.
The first race of each round will be marshalled by the drivers of the last race of each round.

If a driver is unable to marshal, that driver MUST notify the Race Director of this, including nomination of a competent substitute marshal.

Could all local and Club members please bring your own table. This will allow travelling, visitor competitors to have access to the limited number of HRCCC tables available.
Expect pitting areas to be tight due to numbers. Please be considerate of others when setting up your pit area, and do not occupy more space than necessary.

Toilet facilities are available on site.

Dynamite Dawgs food truck will be on site, outside the front door, with hot food and more.
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED ON THE RINK OR DRIVERS STAND AT ANY TIME.
