Mini-Z - Round 3 2024

This is a brand new building. Go through the front door and turn left, we are in the second room along.

Spectating is free and highly encouraged!

Doors open at 6pm - please try and arrive on-time to assist with track set up. The fewer people who help set up, the less racing there will be!

Doors close 9pm

Kids aged under 16 (Junior Racers) race for free!

One loan transponder is available, wired for Kyosho Mini-Z MR-03 chassis. First-in-first served, please contact Matthew Reading prior to the event to request.

One loan car (WLTouring spec, can also run in Open class or Future Champions) is also available to borrow. Again first-in-first served, and contact Matthew Reading prior to the event to request.

Please do not use silicone or hard drift tires as these may damage the track

You must bring a screen shot of the payment to show the Race Director.

Limited practice time available between track set up and first qualifying session.

Five minute qualifying based on fastest three consecutive laps. Staggered start when name is called from a line-up.

Five minute finals, 'heads up' start (all go on the buzzer) from a staggered grid position.

Prize giving will be combined with the Club's main prize giving event.

Points for series/championship work as follows:

Qualifying - determines grid position for main
First Place - 100 points
Second Place - 97 points
Third Place - 96 points (and so on reducing by 1 point per place drop)

Tie breaker - Total of best finishing positions

Dropped Rounds - Worst three rounds dropped based on an anticipated 12+ round season. If fewer than 12 rounds run, worst two rounds will be dropped.
