Directions
The track is located approx. 20min south of central Gisborne. Turn off at Manutuke village and stay on Waignake Road - you cant miss us
Be careful of the large potholes and rough road.
Parking
We have a large pitting paddock which should accommodate everyone, including trailers, caravans and campers.
If we require more room, we may ask for vehicles to be parked across the road for more gazebo / tent space.
If you are intending to camp, please contact Matthew so we can allocate the area for you.

Entries are open from today. Please pay as soon as you receive your invoice generated from the system into the correct account with the correct details.
Control Tyres
Control Tires for 2026 are as follows.
No control Buggy Tire or Insert maybe modified in any way.
No trimming, chamfering.
Fit as supplied.
Holes may not be punched in Buggy tires.

Organisers reserve the right to mark tires and remove from rims. If a tire is used and marked in any qualifier/race any subsequent race/qualifier that has used that tire(s), all results with the marked tire(s) shall be deleted from all results if a breach is found. Organisers will replace any tire(s) that has been removed and found correct, but not liable for any that are in breach of these rules.

Payment Instructions
Your entry is considered a contract between yourself and the organizing club. We have committed to run the event, by entering you are committing to pay and enter. Failure to not do so will see your entry removed. When you enter you must pay entry fees immediately.
If you do not, your entry will be deleted.

Practice
Thursday April 2nd has been set aside as a full practise day for anyone wanting to do so.
This will be $20 per driver, please pay at the timing shed before you start practise.
There are also plenty of events leading up to this event. Test fee covers off the cost of running the day for the organiser.
Qualifying
We are intending to run fewer cars per qualifying heat and will have additional eyes on the track to monitor events.
Penalties will be handed out to drivers who fail to adhere to this.
A written drivers briefing will be published prior to the event and available at event signin.
Any questions can be raised once published, and at the drivers briefing.
Best 2 of 3 qualifying will count.
Drivers will be reseeded after each round of qualifying.
Qualifying will use the NZRCA points system.

All classes will receive 3 finals.

Rules

Scruitineering
All vehicles will be required to be checked prior to race start to meet NZRCA rules.
Scrutineering shall be also Parc Ferme.
Once checked in for your qualifying, you may leave the assigned area, but will need to be rechecked before you can start your qualifying/race.
Prize Giving
Awesome Trophies for all podium finishers.
Will take place at the venue immediately after the final race of the weekend.
Marshalling
Marshalling. Its easy. If you race you marshall. Once you leave the stand you go straight to the area allocated for cars, and straight to marshall. Our stand allows for rapid change over and we expect marshalling completed to the highest standard.
Pits
Pit area has power available through generators. Please bring your own Ezups (with pegs) tables, chairs. We will mow the pits prior to the event.
Food
We will arrange food to be on site. Details closer to time. Good idea to bring plenty of snacks and drinks also to keep you going
