Event Information

New for 2025 North Harbour Radio Control Car Club is proud to introduce the Touring Car Masters.
Focusing on the 4 premier Touring car classes of 21.5, 13.5, Open, and FWD.
With supporting classes of,
Mini Challenge.
Juniors.
HyperCars.
Super GT.
Mon-Tech SuperCup.
Juniors, Mini Challenge and Super GT / SuperCup classes will be capped to 12 entries.

Control Tyres

Tyres are open, classes where the Club or NZRCA rules state a specific tyre must be used.

Practice will be 10 minute sessions in groups

Qualifying

All Classes get 3 x 4 Minute qualifiers.
For Touring Cars and HyperCars this will be a live loop starting.
Round 1 will be random, Round 2 and 3 will be seeded based on the best 3 consecutive laps, the best 2 of 3 to count.
Junior, Mini Challenge, SuperGT / SuperCup will be single file grid start,

Finals

Touring Cars & HyperCar will be single Finals. Winner of lower final will bump up,
Touring Cars will be 5 minute finals
HyperCars, lower finals will be 5 minutes, A final will be 7 minutes.
Juniors, Mini Challenge, Super GT / SuperCup will get 4 minute triple finals.
All finals are single file grid starts.

Rules follow the NZRCA, which can be found at www.nzrca.co.nz/rules.
Super GT / Mon-Tech SuperCup / HyperCar rules can be found at www.nhrccc.org.nz or on our Facebook Page.

Scruitineering

It is up to the competitor to ensure their car complies with all rules at all times. Spot checks will take place across the event.

Prize Giving

Post event & track Break Down.

Marshalling

Drivers must marshal the race following their own. The first race will be marshalled by the drivers of the last race, with the exception of Juniors which is marshalled by parents/caregivers.
If you cannot marshal your race for any reason, you must organize a suitable substitute and let the Race Director know.

Pits

You must bring all your own neccesary pit equipment including tables, chairs, power leads etc.
Toilets are just outside the court area in the building with the deck, opposite the track.

Food

No food sold on site, however there are food outlets nearby.
