Gates open 11:00 AM
Possible free practice from 11:30 am, conditions depending.
Drivers Briefing 12:00 pm Midday, or thereabouts.
Racing starts after Drivers Briefing.

The timetable is approximate only, and subject to change.
Dependant on weather, entry numbers, other factors.
At the discretion of Race Control.

Race Heats will be run as combined races for:
(1) 2wd Buggy, Stock and Mod classes
(2) 4wd Buggy, Stock and Mod classes
(3) Stadium Truck and Short Course Truck (SCT) classes
(4) Pre-95 Vintage
(5) Juniors 1/10th and Micro RC classes

Unless sufficient numbers are entered in classes to warrant separate heats.

New Competitors

A person who is not a member of either HRCCC or any other NZRCA-affiliated Club may enter up to their first two (2) competitions (different race events, on different dates) at the HRCCC Member entry fee rate, and without holding an NZRCA Licence.

After those two events, the competitor must have joined an NZRCA-affiliated Club and obtained an NZRCA Licence to continue participating in RC competition events. Preferably, we'd like you to join HRCCC, but equally any other NZRCA Club membership is fine.

For new competitors who are looking to give RC racing a try, and who do not have a "race chassis" RC car of their own, HRCCC has two (2) 2wd Stock Buggy "Club Cars" available to use, on a first-in, first served basis on the day of competition.

There is no additional fee for use of a Club Car by a new competitor, except that the competitor must pay the event entry fee, offered at HRCCC Member rate. (See immediately above).
