Directions

The track is located approx. 20min south of central Gisborne. Turn off at Manutuke village and stay on Waignake Road - you cant miss us
Be careful of the large potholes and rough road.

Parking

We have a large pitting paddock which should accommodate everyone, including trailers, caravans and campers. If we require more room, we may ask for vehicles to be parked across the road for more gazebo / tent space.
If you are intending to camp, please contact Jeremy ASAP so we can allocate the area for you.

Spectating is free to watch.

Event Information

Friday 16th May we have set aside the afternoon for practice for anyone wanting to do so. There will be breaks for watering the track to keep it in the best condition possible.

Nitro Buggy
E Truggy
Nitro Truggy
If not enough entries for either Truggy class, we will combine this class and run 8min mains.

Qualifying

We will be looking to have two full qualifying sessions, with your best qualifying session counted. Qualifying will be over the full time allotment which will be advised during the drivers briefing.

Finals

All Electric finals classes will receive 3 ten minute finals and nitro classes will have 30 min lower mains with top two bump ups and A main final of 45 min (subject to change due to weather etc).

Rules

NZRCA Rules governing classes, racing and safety shall apply.

Prize Giving

Will take place straight after the final race.
Trophies for Podium finishers.

Marshalling

Drivers must marshal the race following their own.
The first race will be marshalled by the drivers of the last race.
A driver may arrange a competent substitute and notify the Race Director of such arrangements.

Pits

We will have generators running for power. These are for charging purposes only. If you have air compressors, please bring your own power source to run these.
Please bring your own tables and gazebos etc.

Food

Bring plenty of food and water - we are looking to have a BBQ running during the day. Bring a gold coin donation for this.

Accommodation

Camping is Available onsite, please let us know if you plan on camping and we will sort you out.

Weather

Lets all pray the weather gods play ball so we can have a great weekend of racing.
