Directions
Go to the end of Page Grove, Wingate. Follow the road left up the hill. Follow the CMR sign.
Parking
Unload then move your vehicle. We will cordon off the pitting area so you can set up your pitting/gazebos next to the track. Trailers in the pits are fine but not your vehicle.
Dates

Thursday
Gates open 7am, finish 4pm-ish. Open practice in the morning. Controlled practice from midday-ish.
Friday
Gates open 7am, finish 4pm-ish. We aim to have 5 rounds of 7-minute seeding rounds. Your best 3 rounds will count.
Saturday
Gates open 7am, finish 4pm-ish. We aim to have 5 rounds of 7-minute qualifiers. Your best 3 rounds will count.
Sunday
Gates open 7am, finish about 3-4pm. All Electric will have 3x10 minute finals, Nitro will be 30min B-main, 45min A-main.

We will hold a prizegiving at the completion of finals. Prizes for Top Qualifiers and top 3 finishers.
Lap Timing
Please check and enter your transponder numbers when you complete your entry.
Marshalling
We will be running a car impound table. Following your race you must leave your car on the table and go and marshall. No sneaking off to the pits! Drivers must marshal the race following their own. The first race will be marshalled by the drivers of the last race. A driver may arrange a competent substitute and notify the Race Director of such arrangements if unable to marshall themselves. IF YOU FAIL TO MARSHALL A ROUND THE RACE DIRECTOR MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION REMOVE YOUR FASTEST QUALIFYING / FINALS RESULT.
Pits
Gazebos, tables and chairs will be provided for those flying in. Please contact us so we have your name on a spot just for you. Anyone driving is asked to provide their own pitting area for this meeting. We will have generators running for power*. The club has an air compressor for your use. If using any high draw tools EG heat-gun, air compressor, please supply your own power.
