Directions

Go to the end of Page Grove, Wingate. Follow the road left up the hill. Follow the CMR sign.

Parking

Unload then move your vehicle. We will cordon off the pitting area so you can set up your pitting/gazebos next to the track. Trailers in the pits are fine but not your vehicle. A map is available on our facebook page showing parking arrangements. Due to limited parking we highly recommend ride sharing, or shuttling from the bottom of the hill.

Dates

20 - 23 November 2025


Thursday

Gates open 6.30am. Drivers briefing 8am. One round of practice at 8.30am, one round of seeding. One round of qualifying.

Friday

Gates open 6.30am. 7.30am drivers briefing. Three rounds of qualifying starting 8am.

Saturday

Gates open 6.30am. Drivers briefing 7.30am. Qualifier five starts at 8am. Following this we will run EP and Nitro Truggy finals.

Sunday

Gates open 6.30am. Drivers briefing 7.30am. 8am Buggy finals start.

Timetable is indicative only and is subject to change. Race day is dependent on weather, entry numbers and other factors.

We will hold a prizegiving at the completion of finals. Prizes for Top Qualifiers and top 3 finishers.

Lap Timing

Please check and enter your transponder numbers when you complete your entry.

Marshalling

We will be running a car impound table. Following your race you must leave your car on the table and go and marshall. No sneaking off to the pits! Drivers must marshal the race following their own. The first race will be marshalled by the drivers of the last race. A driver may arrange a competent substitute and notify the Race Director of such arrangements if unable to marshall themselves. IF YOU FAIL TO MARSHALL A ROUND THE RACE DIRECTOR MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION REMOVE YOUR FASTEST QUALIFYING / FINALS RESULT.

Pits

Gazebos, tables and chairs may be provided for those flying in. Please contact us so we have your name on a spot just for you. Anyone driving is asked to provide their own pitting area for this meeting. We will have generators running for power*. The club has an air compressor for your use. If using any high draw tools EG heat-gun, air compressor, please supply your own power.
*For charging purposes only.

Food

The Classic Kiwi Kai food truck will be onsite for the whole event! Offering:
Hot chips
Hot dogs
Chicken and chips
Fish and chips
Chicken burgers
Beef burgers
Milkshakes
Cold drinks
Hot drinks (and most importantly Coffee!)
The Truck will open from approximately 9.30am and will be open through lunch also.

Accommodation

Very limited limited camping is available on-site, however this MUST be organised on a case by case basis with Keegan (keegan.levien@hotmail.com) and confirmed at latest by 1 October. Note there is no running water, no power, and no waste (grey or black water) dump available, only portaloos. If you are camping you will be outside the pit area and unable to pit directly from your camping area. Excellent camping facilities are available at the Top10 Holiday Park in Petone.
