Run at the end of each round for a maximum 8 heads-up races across the weekend.

Control Tyres

This is a control tyre event.

You can only buy nominated tyres with your entry.
Tyres are limited to the following numbers.
Mod Touring 4 sets in total. 2 sets are with your entry
13.5 Touring 3 sets in total. 1 set is with your entry.
21.5 Touring 2 sets in total. 1 set is with your entry
FWD Touring 2 sets in total. 1 set is with your entry

Additional tyres must be ordered at time of entry, Competitors can only order up to the maximum allowable for this event.

Classes listed below must provide their own tyres for marking at registration.

If a class has specified tyres in the NZRCA rule book these must be used.

M Chassis 1 set in total.

GTe 2 Sets in total.

Formula 1 2 Sets in total.

Practice

Two Rounds of controlled practice will be offered on Friday,
These practice sessions will be in a heat format.
Round 2 of Practice will also be a seeding round, with the Best 3 consecutive laps too seed round 1-4 of qualifying
Practice sessions will be 4 Minutes with 2 Minutes between each heat.
Practice will be open loop.

Qualifying

5 Rounds of Qualifying with a called staggered start.
5 Minute duration plus lap to finish.
3 Minutes between each heat.
Track closes with 1 minute to go, If you are late to the track, you must start from the pit lane.
Qualifier 5 is a Rocket Round with all classes being reseeded. The provisional fastest will start first in each heat.

Finals

Depending on the Numbers, all classes should be able to enjoy triple mains in all classes.
All Finals are 5 minutes plus the last lap.
All Finals grids will be set by qualifying, and each driver will remain on the same grid spot for all finals.
All Finals will be grid start.

Rules

As Per NZRCA

Scruitineering

All classes will be scrutinised before the commencement of track action.
Chassis / Tyre / Motor and Bodies will be checked and marked.
Voltage checks for the batteries will take place before the competitors' heat.
If a competitor is found to be over the maximum voltage, they will be given one opportunity to bring the voltage down to the specified voltage.
Random weight / chassis / motor esc will occur during qualifying. post race.
All A Mains finalists will be rechecked before A Final 1 and post A Final 3

Prize Giving

Track Side.

Marshalling

All Competitors must marshal the race proceeding theirs, Failure to do this will result in the scrubbing of the fastest time.
In the event of a back-to-back races, it is the competitor's responsibility to ensure they have a substitute to marshal for them. The Race Director will need to be advised of this.

Pits

Competitors must bring their own Power boxes, leads, tables, and chairs.
Competitors flying in please contact the event director to ensure we can have a set up for you.

Food

The site is catered,
No food or drinks are allowed on the venue surface.

Accommodation

Plenty of accommodation within a short drive of the venue.

Other info

Saturday Night, we will hold a gathering for competitors, volunteers, and support personnel.
We will run a raffle all day Friday and Saturday.
This will be drawn on Saturday evening. To win, you must attend.
