Qualifying and Finals

Finals

The timetable is approximate only, and subject to change. Dependent on weather, entry numbers, other factors. At the discretion of Race Control. Updates will be provided on the lead-up to the event via Facebook.

All classes are as per NZRCA rules except:

Pro 12 - To try and promote inclusivity for those cars not within the NZRCA rule set, the electrics for this class will be open, so up to 2s battery and open motor are permitted.

CMR GT Class - This is a CMR club class and rules are available via our Facebook page or on request. They are very similar to Hawkes Bay TT-02 class.

The following classes will receive ONE set of control tires with their registration, but have the option of buying ONE additional set via the registration page. Controlled practice, seeding, qualifying and mains must use the event supplied control tire:

Stock Touring Car 21.5t (Rush 24x)
FWD Touring Car 17.5t (spoked Rush 24x)

The following class will receive ONE set of control tires with their registration but have the option of buying up to TWO additional sets via the registration page. Controlled practice, seeding, qualifying and mains must use the event supplied control tire:

Super Stock Touring Car 13.5t (Rush 24x)

The following class will receive TWO sets of control tires with their registration but have the option of buying up to TWO additional sets via the registration page. Controlled practice, seeding, qualifying and mains must use the event supplied control tire:

Modified Touring Car (Rush 28x)

M-Chassis must use Ride (MT36r) tires per NZRCA rules. BYO tires however tires will be checked and marked.

Formula 1, Pro-12 and CMR GT Class are open tire.

You final date for payment is EoB 16 April, any non payers after that date will be removed from the event.

Power for low amp devices (chargers, tire warmers) will be provided. Limited tables and chairs for out of town travellers can be organised but please contact us well in advance for this.

Top 10 camping in Lower Hutt (Petone) is well placed and well priced!

Weather in the Capital can be variable. The track does dry quickly however, and all attempts to run the event on schedule will be made. Please note the Friday may be used to run qualifying and finals if needed so don't plan on only arriving for Saturday/Sunday. A National title may be awarded from qualifying results.

There is no alternative venue.
