8 - 10:30 all members to finish cutting and pinning down underlay to infield, set up P.A & marshalling points.
10:30 - Bulk practice laps

Event Information
This is a open practice meeting with new guys learning the timing system and running an event.
Their will be glitches, the track will be exceptional & you will cut bulk laps
The track will also be open Monday for those wanting even more laps (donation to the club please).

Practice
Open practice = 1 tank/battery then marshal 1 tank/battery etc.
Qualifying
7 min qualifying for all classes, dependent on numbers min 3 possible 5.
Finals
A drivers briefing will be held prior to the finals to confirm the race order and length. Nitro classes 1 x 20 - 30 min final (confirmed on the day) Electric 3 x 10 min finals. (confirmed on the day).

Lap Timing
Please check and enter your transponder numbers when you complete your entry.
Marshalling
Drivers must marshal the practice/race following their own.
The first race will be marshalled by the drivers of the last race.
A driver may arrange a competent substitute and notify the Race Director of such arrangements.
Pits
Limited power will be supplied for those travelling shelter tables & chairs will be supplied on a first in first served as these are limited.
We will do our best to accommodate everyone.
Food
BBQ onsite fill ya boots.
Cold water and fizzys available for purchase (support our club).
Renwick (close by) produces deep firied chiggen, pies, pub meals and beverages.
