No parking on the gravel area, this will be set up as pits.

Vehicle Check/Sign in - 8:30 AM
Drivers Briefing - 9:45 AM
Racing Starts - 10:00 AM
The track will be open for practice once your car has passed vehicle checking.
Superstocks - 8:30 AM till 9:00 AM
Streetstocks - 9:00 AM till 9:30 AM
Your name will be announced on your initial pass under loop, this confirms your transponder number is correct and working.
Venue
It is our aim to use our outdoor track at the top of the hill. But if for any reason, We will set up the spare track inside Melbar Engineering at the bottom of the hill.

Format
Qualifying - 3 x 15 Lap heats,
Top X from X Groups will advance to A Main
Next X will go into repecharge, top X will advance to A. Rest into B/C Main.
Finals - A Main - 2 x 20 lap heats.
Points from Heat 1 & 2 set grid for one race final, top starts front.
25 Lap one race final.
B/C Mains, 3 x 20 lap heats. confirmed on close of entry.

Lap Timing

All transponders work, 2 wire, 3 wire, MRT etc.
we run an overhead loop, please mount your transponder as high as possible, and clear of any metal objects.
Please enter with correct PT numbers.
Marshalling
From the NZRCS Rulebook. Race Marshalls - 2 random racers from previous race to marshall. 1 at each end of track, to have access to stop race and to aid race director. (first race of day to be done by volunteer)
If this becomes a hold up for the day, we will call on drivers randomly.
