Event Information
Pits: PNRCS will provide allocated pit areas for each team.
Power: There will be power at the venue and the club will provide some extension leads and multiboxes for all visiting teams - please bring any you may have. Any local teams should provide their own extension leads and multiboxes and tables as we have minimal available.
Rules: NZRCS 2026 Rulebook v1.1 will be enforced
Drivers: Maximum of Six drivers per team (Five cars on track per race). Drivers must sign up using their registered race numbers.
Format: TBC depend on the number of entries
Points will be awarded as follows:
1st 100
2nd 40
3rd 25
4th 20
5th 10
Pole: Decided by coin toss before race, winner of toss decides team on pole, position on track and choice of drivers stand as per the 2026 NZRCS Rulebook, section 12.6 (teams rules)
Teams will be responsible for gridding up their own cars this is not the race directors job, team captains please be onto this.
Select Teams: must consist of max 2 financial members per individual clubs.
All team members to be current financial members of the club they are representing, and be registered to NZRCS.
Winning Team: The winning team gains the title and the Teams Club gains hosting rights if it so wishes.
Payment Instructions
Entries are $200 per team.
Payment to be made on or before June 25th. No entries will be accepted after closing date. Please state your Team Name as reference.

Scruitineering
Scrutineering will take place at the start of each day.
Teams will have an allocated time to be at scrutineering which will be posted on Facebook prior to the event.
Teams are welcome to inspect opposing teams before they race. Please make sure any checks are completed prior to the race before and do not delay the running of the meeting.
Prize Giving
Prize giving to be done at completion of racing.

Only 2 wire hybrid and 3 wire mylaps will work.
We run an overhead loop, please mount your transponder as high as possible, and clear of any metal objects.
