Canterbury Radio Control Car Club
Registration to be done online for drivers.

Please register using the online form and pay the entry fee into the CRCCC account provided by the entries close date.
This helps us plan for the event, so please do get those entries in.
Registered drivers for the event only are to be permitted on the track from Wednesday to Sunday

Entries close Friday 11/10/2026, payment is due immediately following this.
Late entries will only be accept if the class has sufficient numbers as per NZRCA rules by the close date.

Practice
Thursday free practice
A controlled practice will be put in place with Nitro and Electric receiving 30min alternating time periods.
If numbers are low Race control asks those drivers to courteous to their fellow races and practice accordingly.
Qualifying
Qualifying
- 5 rounds x 5 Minutes for Gas
- 5 rounds x 5 Minutes for Electric
- 5 rounds x 5 Minute final for CanAm-e
- 5 rounds x 5 Minute Final for GTe classes
Finals
All Electric classes will be 5 min finals, with the exception of can am-e, who will have a 6 minute final.
Gas finals will be advised on, but most likely gas classes will have a final of 45 minute, and B final of 30 Minutes

Scruitineering
Saturday morning from approx 8.45am
Prize Giving
Will be held Sunday at the conclusion of racing.
Lap Timing
It is your responsibility to make sure that your lap counter is working
Marshalling
G6.1.1...Drivers must marshal the race following their own.
The first race will be marshalled by the drivers of the last race.
A driver may arrange a competent substitute and notify the Race Director of such arrangements.
Pits
Power, tables, sunblock, sanitizer, toilets.
If you require a table please let us know
Food
Food and drink available
Icecreams. chocolate bars, Coke, Lemonade
Weather
If the weather does not allow us to compete for the whole weekend, then a shortened schedule of at least (but not limited to) 2 heats and 2 finals will be arranged.
If rain forces us to stop racing, then results will be from the heats
Cancellation
Our facebook page will be the main point of contact for cancellations, but emails to the competitors will be sent out as well.
