Our COVID-19 Plan

PROJECT 107 Hawkes Bay RC Car Club Members Test Day and BBQ. Club Members are invited to a Fun Day to test drive the new track and for the Club to check that all our new systems are functioning correctly.

Travel down Pakowhai Rd and turn into Brookfields Rd at the GAS station.
Gilbertson Rd is next on your right.
The 107 sight is on your right after the chicane.

Parking

Please park on the grass verge outside the venue.

Dates

21 November 2026

Gates open at 9:00.
Track prep.
Test runs from 10:00 - 12:00.
BBQ 12:00 - 1:00.
Racing from 1:00.

Payment Instructions

Race fees are $15 per driver for club members. Fees are payable in cash at driver's briefing on the day. OR Pay online by THURSDAY MIDNIGHT! Payable to account number 03-1753-0347564-00 using your FIRST INITIAL(S) and LAST NAME as a reference.
