NZRCA on-line voting for licence holders opened 2nd Novemeber, on the remits passed at
the AGM 11 October 2025, these close 30 Novemeber 2025.
As a member of a NZRCA club, you are entitled to vote on the remits that passed at the AGM, and vote as to whether or not the remit passes or not.
You should have received an email outlining the remits and how to vote. These came 2nd November 2025, if you have not received this, please check your junk email. If you have not received the voting email it is more than likely an old or incorrect email address is held in the NZRCA licence holder system. Therefore please contact your club secretary by Friday 7 November with your preferred email and ask them to update your email details.
We will update our records and will re-send a voting link to you and all of those licence holders that have yet to vote prior to voting ending.
It is your right as per the Constitution to have your say on the outcomes and you should take advantage of this.
If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your club secretary in the first instance as they have access to the NZRCA communication hub to update your details.
